- 1 small head of green cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 5-6 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 bay leaf
