Welcome to Crabby Bags. Your use of this website and purchase of products from us constitute your agreement to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.
All items available on our website may require up to seven (7) days for shipping related to reasonable delays. Delays may occur due to weather or popularity conditions affecting transit hubs, fulfillment centers, or the recipient’s location. In cases where we anticipate delays that may compromise the freshness and quality of your order, we reserve the right to hold shipments accordingly.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the perishable nature of our products, Crabby Bags does not accept returns, refunds, or chargebacks unless the order is canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of placement.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must file a claim with our third-party insurer, ROUTE, immediately. Claims require photographic evidence to support the resolution process. If you experience difficulties submitting a claim, please contact our customer service team at talktous@crabbybags.com.
Customers who decline ROUTE insurance remain covered under UPS’s default shipping insurance. However, claims must be filed directly with UPS via their website:

Crabby Bags does not facilitate, or mediate claims submitted through UPS.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders are automatically submitted to our third-party fulfillment provider, and changes are no longer possible without incurring a restocking fee of $15 per item.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at 1-866-272-2291. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, cancellations cannot be processed, and our refunds, chargebacks, and returns policy will apply.
Crabby Bags is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the data necessary to fulfill your order and do not share customer information with third parties, except as required for order processing and delivery.
While we strive to maintain product consistency, availability issues may arise. In such cases, Crabby Bags reserves the right to substitute an item external appearance of equal or greater value without prior notice. Customers will receive the product paid for, regardless of variations in packaging, labeling, or minor modifications.
Under no circumstances should perishable food products be returned. If you receive incorrect items in your order, please email us at talktous@crabbybags.com, and we will address the issue accordingly.
Our systems are integrated with fraud detection and risk assessment tools. If an order is flagged as high risk, it will be placed on hold until payment verification is completed. Once completed, the items will be shipped exactly as they were requested at checkout. No exceptions.
If we determine that we cannot confidently process the order, the transaction will be refunded to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds to alternate cards under any circumstances.
Crabby Bags reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.
