Crabby Bags understands the mishaps of transporting goods can be long and full of obstacles, and many problems can occur. Please use the form below to give us more information regarding your package. 

Package Protection insurance is NOT valid for the following:

• You changed of mind.
• Issues not reported within 3 days of delivery.
• Incorrect orders or addresses made by the recipient.
• You missed your delivery time.
• You asked the delivery company to " return to sender."
• Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after five (5) business days, we ask that you first check with your Bank or Credit Card Company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on their end. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at talktous@crabbybags.com
