Customers who have declined Route Protection or opted to rely on the default insurance coverage provided by UPS and FedEx must submit claims directly with the respective carrier. Crabby Bags does not have access to nor the ability to assist with claims filed through UPS or FedEx. Any issues, disputes, or inquiries regarding lost, damaged, or delayed shipments must be handled exclusively between the customer and the mail carrier.

If you need to file a claim with UPS, please follow these steps:

  4. Complete the claim form with accurate shipment details.
  5. If prompted for payment or personal information, please note that Crabby Bags does not collect, store, or process any customer PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and cannot submit claims on your behalf.

Crabby Bags can only assist with claims covered by our third-party insurer. If you did not purchase Route Protection, all claim-related matters must be resolved directly with UPS or FedEx.

For further inquiries regarding your claim, please contact UPS directly. Crabby Bags is unable to provide support for claims submitted through UPS or FedEx.
