Ingredients

  • 5 pieces of fish fillets (whichever kind you prefer)

  • Vegetable Oil

  • ½ cup of cornmeal

  • ½ cup of flour

  • Cajun Crabby Seasoning

  • Dano’s original seasoning

Directions

  1. Rinse fish and then gently dry.

  2. Pour enough vegetable oil into a large pan to cover the fish. Let your oil heat up to 375 degrees.

  3. Sprinkle the Crabby Bag & Dano’s Original seasoning evenly onto both sides of the fish. Rub the seasonings in well to make sure every inch is covered.

  4. Pour flour and cornmeal into a bag or bowl and toss the seasoned fish until filly and evenly covered.

  5. Once the oil is hot, carefully add your fish. Fry the fish quickly on high heat (about 2 ½ to 3 ½ minutes or until golden brown

  6. Remove fish from oil and allow to drain on a metal rack. If you do not have a metal rack, you can let it drain on a plate lined with paper towels.
