Ingredients

5 pieces of fish fillets (whichever kind you prefer)

Vegetable Oil

½ cup of cornmeal
-
½ cup of flour

Cajun Crabby Seasoning
Directions
Rinse fish and then gently dry.
Pour enough vegetable oil into a large pan to cover the fish. Let your oil heat up to 375 degrees.
Sprinkle the Crabby Bag & Dano’s Original seasoning evenly onto both sides of the fish. Rub the seasonings in well to make sure every inch is covered.
Pour flour and cornmeal into a bag or bowl and toss the seasoned fish until filly and evenly covered.
Once the oil is hot, carefully add your fish. Fry the fish quickly on high heat (about 2 ½ to 3 ½ minutes or until golden brown
Remove fish from oil and allow to drain on a metal rack. If you do not have a metal rack, you can let it drain on a plate lined with paper towels.
