Ingredients

  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat, drained
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and onions)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Cajun dipping sauce (for serving)

Directions

  1. In a skillet, combine the shrimp, crab meat, and mixed vegetables. Sauté over medium heat until shrimp are cooked through.
  2. Stir in Cajun seasoning, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Mix well, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Take an egg roll wrapper and place 2 tablespoons of the seafood mixture in the center. Fold corners over filling and roll tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.
